I don't want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long perfectly manicured fingernails. I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking the kids to scout camp. I want there to be a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbors children. I want to be there with a little dirt under my fingernails from helping to weed someone's garden. I want to be there with children's sticky kisses on my cheeks and the tears of a friend on my shoulder. I want the Lord to know I was really here and that I really lived.

Merry Christmas

My New years resolution is to keep in touch better with everyone, so this is a way I can keep everyone up to date on our crazy life!
We had a great Christmas here in the Artic Tundra of Utah. Bruce's parents were able to come up and spend a few days including Christmas Eve and Christmas, which was way fun for the kids. I think everyone got what they wanted too.
Aubree finally got a webkins, which is the big thing up here right now. Now she is dying to get our DSL installed next month so she can play. Everything else was High School Musical or Littlest Pet Shop.
Kaden's Christmas can be summed up in one word:TRANSFORMERS. Which is a change from the dinosaur Christmases of the past. He also got a Carlos Boozer Jersey.
Tyson got a "spooky track" which is a hot wheels track with a volcano that shoots hot lava balls. And an MP3 which he is so pumped about having his own. He got a Darrin Williams Jersey. Love my little Jazz fans!
Brennen just loved the whole experience. He really didn't care what was in the presents, he just liked opening them. I can't believe he will be 2 in two weeks!
